According to the time and the bans we will find its people working in some Fishing Arts or others. We will see the shellfish gatherers as the clams and also the shellfish working on the beaches. We will also see how the best mussels in the world are cultivated, how they are raised and how they are extracted.
We will be able to see purse seiners in full slaughter as well as the collectors of the knives and seaweed of this estuary. We will know how the shrimp arrives at our tables watching the sea equilibrists, the Trueleiros, the people who are dedicated to catching the shrimp in the rafts.
